We spoke with Bo Liljehult, a system administrator at Køge Kommune who uses Mugato to create precise, real-time views of their data centers and IT environment.

Bo and his team manage the daily operations of the data center, OS, applications, and cloud while serving on the IT Security force to handle incidents and solutions. Working for a Danish municipality that serves more than 60,000 citizens, Bo must maintain a clear understanding of their IT infrastructure to protect residents' data.

Before Mugato, the team relied on constantly developing and tweaking PowerShell scripts just to get a basic overview of their data center. This tedious process often took days, and verifying the accuracy of the data was itself a significant challenge.

Thanks to Mugato's synchronization system, the IT blueprint shows live-data, never being more than 30 minutes old.
